The conference will be held in the Ballroom at the Valhalla Inn at 1 Valhalla Road, Thunder Bay Ontario www.valhallainn.com

There is a block of guestrooms on hold for March 3rd and 4th for conference delegates travelling in from out of town. The conference room rate is $135.00 / night.  These rooms will be on hold until February 12th, 2010.
