Display Table Information

We have space available for those agencies and community groups that would like to promote their programs. Space is free but it is limited so tables will be assigned on a first come first served basis.

If you are interested in displaying information at the conference please complete page 2 and fax to (807) 577-6800 or email back to Kari to confirm your table(s).

Display Location

  • We will indicate your reserved display space with a placard.
  • Displays will be in the Ballroom Foyer for the duration of the conference

Logistics
Set Up: Thursday March 4th, 2010: Displays can be set up starting at 8:00 AM
Take Down: Friday March 5th, 2010: Displays are to be removed from the foyer by 5:00 pm

  • Displays can remain overnight on Thursday evening as the Ballroom foyer will be locked once the conference is over for the evening
  • Tables do not need to be manned during the conference
  • Display tables are free bit if you would like to attend the conference you must register and regular conference rates apply.

What You Will Receive

  1. One skirted table with a chair.
  2. Reminder email to confirm one week in advance.
